-About Echeveria ‘Alba Beauty’-
Echeveria ‘Alba Beauty’ is a rare ornamental hybrid succulent belonging to the Echeveria genus. The plump and lush blade spatulate-shaped foliages form the compact rosette with the multi-head cluster. The single head would grow up to approximately 2″” in diameter. The pinkish green leaves covered with pollen and the apex transforming from mucronate to acute are prone to turn reddish when grown under sufficient sunlight, even the whole plant is a reddish-orange tinge.
-How to care for Echeveria ‘Alba Beauty’-
Sun/Location: Echeveria ‘Alba Beauty’ loves to sit in a warm place with partial sunlight. It is adaptable to place less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the growth potential. Echeveria ‘Alba Beauty’ would develop its optimal color and shape when grown under sufficient sunshine for at least 4-6 hours one day. Please note that a shade net is needed to avoid being sunburnt in the tense heat of summer and the grow light is supplied to prevent frost in server freezing winter.
Soil/Pot: Echeveria ‘Alba Beauty’ feels happy to thrive in the porous and ventilated potting soil and the plant pot plus excellent drainage holes at the bottom as the clay pot or ceramic pots. The peat soil mixed with plenty of perlite or pumice is a recommendation to maintain moderate moisture and drainage more smoothly. Repot when needed to supply cleaner, more nutritious, and fresher soil to grow well.
Watering: Echeveria ‘Alba Beauty’ hates the wet feet, requiring little watering demand as there’s abundant water storage on its plump and lush foliage. The soak-and-dry method is a commonly used method to water succulent plants, watering when the potting soil is completely dry and using a squeeze bottle to water on the potting soil rather than the rosette or foliage, preventing rot and fungal diseases.
